Affordable Winter Accessories

Cold Weather Accessories
The supposed historic storm Jonas is coming for Jersey. What better way to spend the weekend than with some snowed in shopping! Just when I thought we were going to get away luck this winter, Mother Nature had other plans. I mean, for my birthday at the end of November I was walking around in a t-shirt, doesn’t get much better than that.

But with this Jonas snowstorm approaching (thanks Kevin, Nick & Joe….) it’s time to dig out my winter accessories. Luckily, not much as changed from last winter style wise. The trends are still on point and neutral enough to go with practically anything.
Everyone needs a great pair of gloves to keep their hands from getting chapped and manicures from getting chipped. Faux leather gloves are a chic accessory, while faux fur trimmed gloves are a nice option to pair with your pea coat.
Infinity scarves are a trendy that will be around for…well, infinity. This is my number one, all-time favorite winter accessory. I like to pair a nice chunky infinity scarf with dresses and tights or if I’m going for a more casual look, a cotton infinity scarf paired with a sweater and jeans. To take your outfit to the next level, try a faux fur infinity scarf!
And I can’t forget about knit hats. I love knit beanies with faux fur pom poms with my puffer coats for a relaxed look. When I’m having a fabulous hair day and don’t want hat hair, I opt for a knit headband ear warmer — the bedazzled applique is nice girly touch too.
Like I mentioned, not much has changed in the line of winter’s trending accessories this year which will make your wallet very happy. If you’re looking to add new accessories to your closet this year, try some of my favorite affordable picks below.
